2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Items are unused, in their original packaging (including tags), and in the same condition as when received.

  • Your return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Return and Return Address

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days via email. Provide your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

If your item is damaged or defective, we may request photos to help resolve the issue promptly.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • All import duties, taxes, and fees are included in the original shipping cost. Please note that original shipping fees (including taxes or duties) are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for international return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged, or quality issue).

  • Please ensure all returned items are in their original condition, including packaging and any free gifts.

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Refund Process

  • We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 Hong Kong business days to your original payment method.

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, missing parts, or damaged, a partial refund may apply.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer free international exchanges. To exchange for a different color, style, or size, please return the original item (at your expense) and place a new order after your refund is processed.

  • If an exchange is needed due to our mistake, we will cover all shipping costs and prioritize your new shipment.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After providing photos, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

8. Shipping & Return Information for US and UK Customers

  • United States: Free Standard Shipping for orders over $50.00; orders under $50.00 incur a $6.00 standard shipping fee. Standard delivery: 7–12 business days.

  • United Kingdom: Free Standard Shipping for orders over £45.00; orders under £45.00 incur a £5.00 standard shipping fee. Standard delivery: 7–12 business days.

  • All duties, taxes, and fees are included in shipping costs.

9. Legal & Policy Notes

  • This policy complies with the latest UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • UK Consumer Rights: Customers in the UK have the right to cancel an order within at least 14 days of receiving the goods. Our 30-day return policy exceeds this minimum requirement.

  • While our store is based in Hong Kong, this policy ensures compliance with applicable consumer protection laws in both the UK and the US.
